Healthcopeia Foundation is a non-profit organization working for spreading Awareness & Knowledge related to various key burning issues of the healthcare segment. Healthcopeia Foundation organized a Healthcopeia Conclave - 2023 in association with the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi on 11th February 2023.
During the conclave, there was a launch of the Healthcopeia Outreach publications (Magazine & Bulletin), The Outreach Vertical of the Foundation which is majorly created for continuing the mission of the Foundation. There was a launch of Healthcopeia Foundation - Outreach Magazine & Healthcopeia Bulletin on Assistive Technology, Supported by ICMR, New Delhi supported. Dr. Artiben R Thakkar, Editor-In-Chief for both publications mentioned that the major aim of the Healthcopeia Outreach magazine is touching upon the issues and challenges in the healthcare segment and taking the opinions and interviews of various stakeholders, like policymakers, regulators, hospitals, and pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical associations, pharmacists, academicians which would be further compiled & submitted to the respective government ministry for required amendments in the ongoing policies. The second publication is Healthcopeia Bulletin – Assistive Technology and it is a joint initiative of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, and Healthcopeia Foundation for the awareness of Assistive Technology.
Mr. Sacheen Gandhi (Founder- Healthcopeia) mentioned that the Healthcopeia Outreach magazine’s first issue is on “Biomedical Waste Management” and his foundation is working on awareness of unused medicines and expired medicines for last decade and the foundation has made one awareness documentary on Drugs Disposal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htzupBjohhs&t;=3s 11thFebruary 2023,the Morning launch was at PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi in the presence of Dr. Y P Yadav- Director, Central Pollution Control Board, Government of India; Dr. Ravindra Singh, Senior Scientist, ICMR, New Delhi; Dr. PL Sahu- Director, NDTL,Government of India; Dr. Atul Nasa - President, IPGA; Mr. Rajender Singh - Senior VP, Mankind Pharma; Dr. Harvinder Popli,- Director, DPSRU; Dr. Rajiv Chhibber -VP, SMT; Dr. Ravi Rathod - Secretary Health, PHD Chamber, New Delhi.
During the conclave, there was the launch of the Founders Club of Healthcopeia Foundation and the two Co-Founders Dr. Gaurav Pathak, Indore, and Prof. (Dr.) Reenu Yadav, Bhopal were identified for their consistent contribution to the Healthcopeia Foundation.
11th February 2023, In the evening Healthcopeia Outreach magazine was re-launched and distributed at the IDMA Annual Day celebration at Hotel Four Seasons, Worli, Mumbai. The re-launch was in the presence of Dr. (Ms.) Vinod Kotwal, Member Secretary, National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, Government of India; Sh. Yuvraj [IAS] Joint Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India; Sh. Abhimanyu Kale [IAS] Commissioner FDA, Maharashtra; Dr.Viranchi Shah, President, IDMA; Sh. Daara B Patel, Secretary General, IDMA, and Mr. Mehul Shah at Mumbai.
